Vegan flax pancakes

For today, we found a delicious and healthy recipe on the Instagram account @plantbased_dunja, which we believe many will like.

Flaxseed pancakes – a great choice for vegans and all those who love pancakes. Flaxseed, if you didn't know, can be used as an egg substitute in many dishes.

It is rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, making it very nutritious.

When combined with water, it forms a gelatinous mixture, which is why it replaces eggs in recipes for cakes, bread, and the like.

How to prepare them?

Blend the flaxseed in a blender, then add lukewarm water to the mixture. For one tablespoon of flaxseed, add three tablespoons of water.

Let it sit for a while, then add a vegan alternative to honey, one banana, and a pinch of salt to the blender.

After baking them in a pan, you can sweeten them with vegan chocolate and fruit of your choice.
