“Hello Youth” for the 14th time at the MKC

On the day of the National Uprising of the Macedonian people, October 11, the 14th edition of the new music festival "Hello Youth" will be held, organized by the Youth Cultural Center - Skopje.

Within the framework of the program, the audience will have the opportunity to see 17 different musical artists from 6 countries in Europe. This year, the program presents a real abundance of musical artists who captivate with their live performances, presenting a serious musical postcard from the world.

Within the program selected by the young record label and collective “Gola Planina/Mrtov Konj”, the audience will have the opportunity to hear the young darkwave artist “ATA” (MKD), the energetic “KLOTLJUDI” (SRB), the drone/folk artist “STOJ, POSLE!” (MKD), the punk-rock artist “DIMISH” (MKD), the indie band “ZANADU” (MKD), the psychedelic “VAGINA CORPORATION” (MKD) as well as the electronic duo Pepi and Šaban.

This year, the Youth Cultural Center has established close cooperation with the Dutch Embassy in Skopje, where with their organizational and financial support, as well as the support of partners from the European network “Liveurope”, the music program titled “Liveurope & NL” selection will be realized. In it, the audience will follow the performances of the innovative “VELOCITY MADE GOOD” (NL), the explosive trio “HOUSEPAINTERS” (NL), the solo project and the Croatian hit “IDEM” (HR), the punk artist “TANDARA” (HR) as well as the Polish jazz experimenters “KOSMONAUCI” (PL).

In collaboration with the Dutch record label "YUGOFUTURISM", "Zdrav Mladi" will host the intense noise trio "TEXOPRINT" (NL), the underground noise-pop sensation "SØWT" (NL), the singer-songwriter "EERIE WANDA" (NL/HR), as well as a DJ set by the independent promoter, agent and manager of the record label "YUGOFUTURISM", Koon Hegde or DJ VIKENDICA.

The resident DJ of "Zdrav Mladi" since its first edition, DJ Fitz from Ireland, will also have his own DJ set.
