Rei started her career back in 2009, and just two years later she was working in fashion shows in Milan for the global brand Blumarine. In addition to campaigns, photo shoots and shows in Macedonia, Elena has also appeared at fashion weeks in Paris, Milan, New York, Berlin, in campaigns for Massimo Dutti, Cerruti, Diane von Furstenberg, Chopard, El Corte Inglés, Galeries Lafayette, Sephora and in editorials for Harper's Bazaar, Ell and other famous fashion magazines.
