ELENA LUKA, our established fashion brand, had a glamorous presentation of its latest bridal collection on June 26th at the Tsar Samuil event center, Strumica. The brand, with a spectacular bridal show, delighted the guests present with a tailor-made fairy tale of 70 beautiful wedding dresses, and the atmosphere was perfectly defined by the performances of our proven music stars.
To our great pleasure, we had the honor of speaking with the lady who is the creator and leader of the brand, ELENA LUKA:
"I am truly overjoyed with what we saw tonight. The preparations were complex with a specific scenario, so in addition to a very good design team that designed these wedding dresses in every sense with quality materials, we made the presentation in a unique way. A serious team participated in the entire organization, which included great artists, musicians, journalists, presenters, and all of this took place in the beautiful Tsar Samuil, as a place where the tradition of having the best family celebrations continues," she noted.
“The secret to success is continuous work, a lot of creation, serious education in what you do and an original idea of an awake muse with constant creation. Success is certainly also due to serious education in the technical performance of the models, technological progress in terms of knowledge of the materials that are implemented in the models themselves, the unique idea that implies a lot of creativity, new shapes, functional clothing and serious and unique aesthetics and I believe that all of this separated ELENA LUKA from all other brands that were creating in Macedonia. I will say without immodesty that we simply kept the first place.” – she shared her emotions and views on the successes of the fashion brand.
Speaking, however, about the Tsar Samuil event center, we continued the conversation in the context of its meaning and purpose:
“The event center is not a novelty, Tsar Samuil has existed with this hall since the 80s, but now it has received a completely new look and after many years a huge investment has been made by renovating the space, accompanied by the latest technology, with effects and possibilities for the realization of various events, from family celebrations to various professional and business events that can be perfectly prepared with serious logistics and support from the complete Tsar Samuil team.” – Mrs. Elena told us about the services and opportunities offered by the Tsar Samuil event center.
Looking back at the fashion brand ELENA LUKA, and what we can expect next from them, she shared with us:
“ELENA LUKA is a brand that constantly creates several collections in parallel and in different directions, we work on bridal collections like the one you saw tonight, but we also work on a ready-to-wear luxury collection, and we are especially known for our custom work, i.e. custom-made models for various occasions for our regular customers. We work on those models completely with our own material, idea and realization in function of our customers and thus offer them unique and unrepeatable models. I would say that all lines are always active and every month we have something new, because fashion has been particularly fast lately. ELENA LUKA works at full speed and always offers its customers new shapes, colors and beauty.” – told us Mrs. Elena.
We also had the opportunity to chat with many of the esteemed guests, the event hosts, the musical guests, friends of ELENA LUKA, and part of the team, before and after the event ended.
"It is a special pleasure and a special honor for me to be given such a privilege to attend such a glamorous event. I must admit that I have never been part of such a fashion show and especially I have never been part of such a fashion creation, and for me this is a great challenge because I stepped out of my comfort zone, of suits, of rigor, of jackets and wore such a beautiful creation with which I will be able to compete with all those beautiful wedding dresses and I hope that we will complete the obligation on a par with my fellow host." - shared Sneže Velkov before the very beginning of the show, on which they appeared together with Marko Mark as hosts.
Marko also shared his kind words about ELENA LUKA with us.
“ELENA LUKA is a brand and an institution in itself, and that brand does not need a specific commercial advertisement, because the best advertisement it always receives from the audience. For these two decades, ELENA LUKA has written history, and this core here at Tsar Samuil tonight only shows that evolutionary path, so I am glad to be part of that mosaic of a very large number of people, clients, collaborators and numerous relationships that it creates on a daily basis. Let this be another new chapter and I will wish a new tabula rasa to the entire ELENA LUKA team.”
We also had the opportunity to talk with Ivan Naumovski, an opera singer, who enriched the evening with a powerful performance.
"To be honest, the kind of professionalism that I saw from the organizers of this project and from the top echelon, from Elena herself, is truly at a highly enviable level in Macedonia and all events should be organized at that level. I would also like to mention that I was once at a show at ELENA LUKA Tetovo and I had a great time, although I didn't perform anything then and was just a guest, but tonight, both as a guest and as a performer, I can say that I am very honored to be part of some wonderful people and a wonderful project and I have no doubt that it will go well." - Ivan told us.
Among the guests present on the red carpet before the start of the bridal show, we also noticed Dani Dimitrovska.
"I've always said the same thing, and that is that this collaboration is one of the more beautiful, emotional and most professional ones so far, and despite the fact that she is my friend, our collaboration is always at the highest level, I am always satisfied with what we will do and there is nothing more beautiful than such an experience, especially in my profession. It is not my first time attending her fashion show, I expect there to be beautiful models, I expect it to be fun, interesting, and to see something we have not seen before." - Dani told us about the collaboration and friendship with ELENA LUKA.
We also had the honor of talking to Vaska Leontić, who, as always, is happy to talk about ELENA LUKA.
“Elena always surprises us with something special and new, she is a lady who always has innovative ideas and new creations, and I expect that this will be a huge spectacle tonight. When so many people gathered and came from all over Macedonia and other parts, that says it all – how capable and valuable she is to gather us all in one place and surprise us with special creations. I believe that there will be many beautiful creations, not only for adults, but also for children and I think it will be beautiful, as is the hotel itself and the ambiance and that all of it will be on a special level.” – told us Mrs. Leontić.
Milica Trpkovska, a specialist doctor at Tsar Samuil, also shared her joy before the start of the event:
"I, like all the guests, will enjoy the fashion creations that are by a proven brand so far. I hope we will all have a great time and get appropriate ideas for our future weddings." - Milica shared with us.
Suzana Trpkovska, producer, told us:
"I expect it to be a wonderful gala party given the organization and that it will exceed the standards in our country."
This spectacular fashion evening organized by ELENA LUKA was also attended by the Mayor of Strumica, Kostadin Kostadinov, with whom we had the opportunity to chat at the cocktail party.
"We are truly honored that in Strumica, after a long period since the first ELENA LUKA fashion show, that is, after 10 or more years, the models paraded again to the honor and satisfaction of the people of Strumica, and of course to my honor. It was truly wonderful and glamorous, with beautiful musical numbers, with a beautiful cocktail and I really wish that there would be more such ambitious people who are proud of Strumica and want to add some added value to the everyday life of Strumica, and that is really necessary." - told us Mr. Kostadinov.
With her own breathtaking performance, Deshira Ahmeti-Krliu, a prominent opera singer, was also part of the guest performers.
“It was a very beautiful, magical evening, and it is my first time performing in Strumica and my first time here in general. The city is beautiful with wonderful people, and tonight there is a very beautiful atmosphere. I enjoyed it and gave my best and I think the audience felt it too. I wish the wonderful ELENA LUKA much success. I am wearing her creation tonight and I have worn it to several performances at the Macedonian Opera and Ballet, and I will also wear it in New York because I have been living there for the last few years and I will present ELENA LUKA in New York at my performances as well.” – she shared with us.
Among the guests was journalist Suzana Miceva, who immodestly shared her impressions with us:
“First of all, I must say that what left the biggest impression on me, besides the beautiful wedding dresses and the girls who carried an aura around them, was the atmosphere, a good, friendly, benevolent environment in which we could above all see people who respect each other and we could see what we, as Strumica residents, have been witnessing for more than a decade. ELENA LUKA is a brand that cares about the community and a brand that always respects not only its roots but also knows how to devote time and attention to values that will forever bind us – family, shared time together, so I think that what is happening to us tonight with ELENA LUKA is very appropriate for this show and this setting.” – she shared her views on the brand.
Ana Vitanova – Ringacheva, professor of Macedonian language and literature, was also present, and was also delighted.
“We enjoyed tonight in a wonderful setting where all the arts were in one place, beauty above all – female beauty, creativity of course – through the beautiful wedding dresses that the girls wore, the very atmosphere of the hotel and the event center of Tsar Samuil and of course the music that simply completely merged with the beauty. What makes me sincerely very happy is that ELENA LUKA is already in some way becoming a synonym for Strumica or Strumica is becoming a synonym for ELENA LUKA and we honestly, as women from Strumica, feel ELENA LUKA as our own and the brand simply became attached to the city and us with it and it was a pleasure to be here.” – she said.
Among the guests was Dunavka Trifunovska, a prominent model in our region.
"I am very happy that we are successfully closing the season, I am very happy that fashion has come out of a dark tunnel brought by Covid and experienced its own renaissance, and most of all I am happy that young girls love fashion and want to be fashionable and be ELENA LUKA. I think that is the greatest success in these 15 years – for every young girl and every woman to recognize herself in the ELENA LUKA brand because that was the goal of the story that began 15 years ago. Our people have a very difficult and not so naive time accepting new things and new trends, and I think that the greatest success of the brand is that everyone feels it as their own." - Dunavka shared with us.
We also spoke with part of the ELENA LUKA team, who were overjoyed with how the event turned out.
“This is one of the rare or first shows of its kind. The most complicated part of the organization is not the technical stuff, but the people, and I really liked how the whole team did everything right and I simply like the whole product. I absolutely thank the whole team, everyone who put in their wholehearted effort, I thank everyone who came and everyone who said the most beautiful words, which for us is the greatest reward.” – shared Nina Janeva – Nikolovski, marketing and business development advisor at ELENA LUKA.
And Nebojša Antic, marketing and creative director at ELENA LUKA, shared with us with great joy his emotions about what happened.
"I am especially honored for this show because it is taking place at the request of our director, right in her hometown of Strumica, and it has great significance for us. Also, this is a huge show after the big show in Tetovo, which lasted several hours. We had a very short time for organization, where the teams from ELENA LUKA Strumica, ELENA LUKA Tetovo and ELENA LUKA Skopje came together and we did this tonight, this magic, and I am so happy that as the marketing director of this company I brought that team together so that all of this looks as wonderful as it does. Congratulations to Elena Pandeva as director!" - he shared with us.
We also spoke with Goran Mitrov, who is the manager of the ELENA LUKA atelier in Strumica.
“I am still impressed by all the beauty that we organized and saw this evening. This fashion show was a huge challenge for us as a team from ELENA LUKA because from idea to realization there was a very short period and I think that we organized a glamorous evening, a delight for the audience that I am sure has never happened before on the territory of Macedonia, and I believe that no one has organized such a wedding dress fashion show anywhere else. A big thank you to Fashionel who has always been a part of our fashion events at ELENA LUKA, Fashionel has always been a part of the emotion that ELENA LUKA shares with the public and I thank you for all your attention and all your support. I also thank the audience that was present tonight and the people who came from outside to watch the show, and the hall was packed and I think everyone enjoyed it and wanted more. Elena Pandeva is the driving force behind the whole story, it has always been like that and it will always be like that. Elena Pandeva is a visionary woman that I simply adore. "We have been working together for 10 years and her energy fills us all with positive vibrations and gives us the strength to succeed in everything we set out to do," Goran told us.
