ELENA LUKA with her glamour once again captivated the Vienna Ball

ELENA LUKA brought the most prestigious glamour and dominated the fashion scene at the 24th edition of the Vienna Ball, this weekend at the Alexander Palace Hotel.

All the luxury and beauty that the event itself carries perfectly match the aesthetics that ELENA LUKA creates, which is why our proven brand was again the number one choice for many ladies at the ball.

Before the official start, we had the honor to talk with ELENA LUKA about the collaboration with the Austrian Embassy and the brand’s current collections and projects.

ELENA LUKA is present at this year’s ball with around 60 of its exclusive creations, and I want to thank everyone who follows ELENA LUKA’s work, the ladies who again chose to wear our gowns including the ambassador’s wife, Mrs. Aida Pamer. I also want to thank the ambassador, H.E. Martin Pamer, for the invitation and the traditionally successful collaboration and friendship. Our brand has been present at the ball for many years, around 15, and for me, this is a special evening. I must say that such beauty with these wonderful young people present tonight at this prestigious event, has never happened before.

This year ELENA LUKA, in collaboration with the Austrian Embassy and three Skopje high schools – Korchagin, Josip Broz, and Nikola Karev, provided invitations for 35 students with the initiative to allow them to closely learn and be educated about the culture of the Vienna Ball. The boys and girls were dressed in the latest Spring/Summer 2025 collection which includes truly extravagant festive creations. The Vienna Ball is always a beautiful and significant occasion, where Macedonian and Austrian culture merge. We as a brand constantly educate ourselves on the organization and protocols for events like the Vienna Ball, and on the other hand, they had the opportunity to witness that we also have high fashion here and that we stand shoulder to shoulder with world fashion,” said ELENA LUKA.

Among the many ladies who wore extravagant ELENA LUKA creations that evening was also the ambassador’s wife, Mrs. Aida Pamer.

The specific creation worn tonight by Mrs. Aida Pamer, a luxurious gown in a pastel shade made of beautiful organza, perfectly suits a sensitive and beautiful lady like her. We are good friends, we share many views especially when it comes to fashion and it is an honor that she again chose an ELENA LUKA creation tonight, as last year.

And of course, it is an honor for me to be here tonight, together with the wonderful graduates who gave this ball a fresh and new energy. The ELENA LUKA team had the opportunity to attend several balls in Vienna and see what is worn at the glamorous evenings there, and I think we can be a worthy competitor to that fashion,” emphasized ELENA LUKA.

Among the patrons of this event is traditionally the Austrian Embassy in Macedonia, led by Ambassador Martin Pamer and his wife Aida Pamer, who looked perfect in the ELENA LUKA design.

First, I want to thank ELENA LUKA for the beautiful dress I am wearing, this is the second year I wear their creation, which not only looks amazing but is also practical and easy to move in. Also, yesterday’s brand show at our residence was truly wonderful. I must say that with Mrs. Elena we became friends from the very first meeting. She is an extraordinary woman who radiates a special energy. This year’s ball is special because of the young people who further beautified the event with ELENA LUKA’s wonderful creations,” said Mrs. Pamer.

The ambassador also spoke about the significance and tradition of the ball.

The Austrian Embassy is involved every year in the organization of the ball. Specifically, in Austria we have 1500 balls during the year. The goal of the ball is for people to socialize, share joy, listen to beautiful music, dance, and emphasize culture. We are very proud that ELENA LUKA has been a partner of the ball for many years. As you can see tonight, ELENA LUKA designed beautiful ball gowns for this occasion. Some ladies from the embassy chose their creations for the event. I think it is truly wonderful that a Macedonian brand is present at the Vienna Ball. This year, as a new feature, there is the quadrille, a dance performed at midnight, and for the first time, Kaliopi sings as an honorary guest,” said Ambassador Pamer.

The host of the event, Vera Meshtrović, a longtime collaborator of ELENA LUKA, was also dressed in a unique and avant-garde creation from our established fashion house.

We spoke with her about the Vienna Ball and long-term collaboration with ELENA LUKA.

This year, traditionally, for the 24th time, we organize the Vienna Ball in Skopje together with our partner ELENA LUKA. This year, we also had several pre-events to announce it. What is significant this time is that ELENA LUKA made a very noble gesture for the young people from three Skopje high schools – to be part of this cultural event.

This year there is also an additional exhibition of ELENA LUKA creations. I am also wearing their fantastic creation in a current color, and the aesthetics of the gown itself is truly glamorous and extravagant, which is what ELENA LUKA as a fashion house is known for.

This year, for the first time, ELENA LUKA provided invitations for 35 graduates from three Skopje high schools. With this noble gesture, the fashion house once again showed that it is a socially responsible company, always initiating the broadening of cultural horizons, especially among young generations.

Through this selfless act, the youth are given a rare opportunity to be part of such a cultural event and learn more about Austrian tradition.

We also spoke with the artistic director of the event, Oliver Arsovski.

The concept is adopted from Vienna because it follows established rules. With the ceremonial opening, there is a certain procedure, it opens with a polonaise, then a Radetzky march follows, and then there is a speech from the ambassador. After this, we have a program from the national ballet, as well as pop disco music from other national ballets. We have had many collaborations with ELENA LUKA over the years, and I must say if it weren’t for them, the ladies would have had a big problem finding suitable dresses for the ball. We get along perfectly, and ELENA LUKA is truly a great supporter of this event.

ELENA LUKA also had its own exhibition at the Vienna Ball, which left no one indifferent. The glamour and luxurious gowns, made from exclusive fabrics, perfectly complemented the ball story at Alexander Palace.

It is also worth noting the impressive number of over 60 unique creations by ELENA LUKA, which shone and were worn by some of the ladies present at the formal event.

Given the humanitarian nature of this event, the funds collected from the Vienna Ball this year will be donated to the families of the victims and injured in the Kočani tragedy.
