Method of preparation:

Preparing the eggs
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper. Heat a pan with a little olive oil or butter and fry the eggs over low heat until soft and creamy.

Preparation of the salad
In a bowl, mix the tomato, pepper, beans, and avocado. Add a little salt, black pepper, and coriander for a refreshing flavor.

Assembling the burrito
