5 colors that will dominate in 2025

If 2024 had its own official color, it would be a mix of chocolate brown and burgundy. These warm hues worked their magic last year, with designers and brands embracing their rich and dramatic vibes. But 2025 brings a new energy – fashion is no longer playing it safe, and colors are following in those bold footsteps.

For the spring/summer 2025 collections, the runways were filled with more intense and striking palettes, making it clear that basic style is a thing of the past.

While Pantone chose “Mocha Mousse” as the color of the year, the runways were awash with emerald green, vivid red, and bright tangerine orange. And for those who prefer something more subtle, dusty pink is here as the perfect balance – soft, yet maximalist.

After years of calm and muted tones, it's time for some fun. Designs by Saint Laurent and Prada masterfully combined colors, while Ferragamo played on the fine line between bold and subtle.

Mocha Mousse

Mocha Mousse may seem like a throwback to the past of quiet luxury, but this color carries something more. At Gucci, the shade served as the perfect backdrop for gold jewelry, creating a harmony between simplicity and boldness. Prada paired it with bright details, while Max Mara added a dose of energy with short shorts.

Bright red

Bordeaux was the queen of 2024, but this year it's reserved for bright red. From asymmetrical dresses at Ferragamo, to light skirts at Bottega Veneta, to satin masterpieces at Balmain – red is back in the spotlight.

Emerald green

This deep shade has taken over the runways for 2025. From Saint Laurent, where it was paired with burnt orange, to Prada, where we saw it as a chic polo shirt under a sheer blouse – emerald green will be one of the main trends.

Dusty pink

After years of shocking pink, it's time for its more subdued counterpart - dusty pink. This delicate shade, introduced by Miu Miu and Jil Sander, is perfect for those who want to wear maximalism with a touch of calm.

Mandarin orange

This fresh, summery color was given a new interpretation on the runways. Designs by Bottega Veneta and Loewe presented it through playful summer dresses and bold sequined mini dresses.

We can conclude that 2025 will be the year of bold choices and color games – are you ready?
