True movie magic will happen on Saturday, February 22nd at the Macedonian National Theater in Skopje when the second Oscar Gala night will be held.
The concert will feature songs that have made film history and have been nominated for and awarded Oscars.
The ELENA LUKA fashion house will give a fashion touch to this dazzling music and film night with its glamorous creations, just like the first Oscar gala evening.
The film compositions will be performed by top Macedonian singers: Nade Talevska, Ana Petanovska, Svetlana Jovanovska (South Park), Goran Naumovski, Denis Dimoski, Dejan Bobić Dekso, Marija Dimitrijević, Jasna Dimitrovska, together with the Bitola Chamber Orchestra IWConnect, under the baton of Vladimir Dimovski and Polyphony.
Milanka Rašić, commentator on the Oscars show and author of the film show "In the Frame" on MTV, will guide the audience through the Oscar stories.
The film magic on stage will be created by the performances of ballet artists Sasha Eftimova and Andrew Cook, as well as dancers from the Dancers United dance club.
"The musical selection of the Oscar songs is extraordinary. I am sure that the audience will enjoy the masterful performances of the big hits and our music-film timeline," says Milanka Rašić.
"This is one of the rare events in our country where top-quality music is performed. Through this concert, we feel like part of the Oscar magic," says Goran Naumovski.
The arrival of visitors to the Red Carpet is from 19:30, and the Oscar Gala evening concert will begin at 20:00.
The event will take place exactly one week before the 97th Academy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles.
