Quick and irresistible meal: Chicken fillet salad

This healthy and delicious salad is the perfect way to use up leftover cooked or roasted chicken from a previous meal. Quick to prepare, packed with nutrients, it's a great light meal that's filling and energizing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons ready-made blue cheese dressing
  • ¼ cup chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
  • 100 g roasted or grilled chicken fillet, cut into cubes or strips
  • ½ boiled egg, chopped
  • ¼ cup cooked beans without salt, drained and rinsed

Preparation:
