In her powerful message to the attendees, she emphasized the importance of focusing on building bridges, not barriers, emphasizing that she considers the recognition she received as acceptance and returning love.

For more than twenty years, ELENA LUKA has been dedicated to inclusion through the employment of people with disabilities and the creation of opportunities to showcase their talent, as well as supporting various associations that help the inclusion of people with disabilities in society. ELENA LUKA has many times organized fashion shows where creations are specially designed for people with disabilities, in order to emphasize that beauty lies in diversity.
All of these important community responsibility activities were recognized by the guests present, including the Ambassador of Austria to Macedonia, Martin Pamer, who shared his opinion on the situation of people with disabilities in the country and the importance of corporate social responsibility of companies in supporting diversity.

The event, which aimed to promote a shared commitment to creating a society where everyone has an equal opportunity to shine, brought together people with disabilities who shared their inspiring success stories, including Arbresha Vlaši, who spoke emotionally about her challenge that made her stronger.
"This recognition means that I was truly on the right path, this path should be followed by many more people who were afraid to fight in society, and to face with obstaclesthem. InYesterday my emotions were so real, I hadn't felt so many emotions in a long time, I felt very fulfilled when someone prices my work and my labor."– says Arbresha, who as the chairwoman of the Struga Municipality Council, received the award for the best in the public sector.
Among the guests at the gala event was Professor Tatjana Aleksić, who wore a sophisticated black model by the established brand ELENA LUKA. She pointed out that inclusion is not only an obligation, but an opportunity to create a society that values diversity as its greatest strength.
