ELENA LUKA's achievements crowned with the WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2024 award

The strong dedication, passion for work, professionalism and humanity that ELENA LUKA possesses were recognized and awarded with the Macedonian WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2024 award as part of the prestigious event "Women Entrepreneurs 2024," which is being held for the seventh time and organized by Kasia Events.

ELENA LUKA won this prestigious title, in which Radmila Shekerinska - politician, Andrijana Janevska - singer and professor, Emilija Spasovska Mojsovska - nutritionist and Maja Andonovska Ilijevski - actress were also nominated.

This recognition is yet another confirmation of her exceptional career as a leader, visionary and entrepreneur.

In her address, ELENA LUKA thanked for the significant award and emphasized the importance of women's support in achieving top results.

"This award is very important to me, it is a truly impressive, wonderful award, above all because it is awarded by women, for women. It is perhaps proof that I am walking the right path, in the development of the business, which includes communication with many women. We are a socially responsible company. The award is also a kind of verification that with our mentoring through the ELENA LUKA Foundation we are doing beautiful things for all women, for young people who are starting their business careers. Perhaps I have walked my own paths in part of my life and therefore I know exactly where those difficulties are in the development of the business concept and how much female support and mentoring mean. That is why ELENA LUKA, through its foundation, works on exactly that - we provide emotional and psychological support in the area of mentoring. We help all women to endure that specific and difficult path to success. "I am happy to see the sincere faces of the women who voted for me, believing that I should be WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2024," said ELENA LUKA.

In her address, ELENA LUKA emphasized that the most important thing is to help each other, to love people, to think about the good of the community, and to provide concrete support to those women who need it.

"I talk a lot with young women and girls who want to start a business. We openly discuss business, their ideas, their thoughts., some are realistic, some are not. Where it is seen that something is feasible, but there is a lack of confidence due to inexperience or similar, we provide support through the ELENA LUKA Foundation, in the form of conversations, mentoring. In this way, they realize that the chances of success are high, from the very moment they come up with the idea for an innovative business."- said ELENA LUKA.

The winner of the WOMAN OF THE YEAR award, ELENA LUKA is a true example of leadership, innovation and dedication in the world of fashion, and her brand is synonymous with avant-garde, uniqueness and supreme creativity. The WOMAN OF THE YEAR award highlights ELENA LUKA's dedication to shaping positive change and creating innovative solutions that transform society. Organizers from Kasia Events explained how the awardees are selected and saluted her exceptional dedication and the example she sets for women entrepreneurs.

"The election of WOMAN OF THE YEAR is organized through nomination, one month before the election, from mid-November until now, different groups of women have been nominated. The one who has the most nominations is then sublimated, we make a table, the 5 women who have the most nominations are then evaluated by a jury. This year, ELENA LUKA was declared WOMAN OF THE YEAR out of 437 nominations received. - said Katerina Kotlarevska Manevska - Organizer of the event, owner of the Kasia Events brand

ELENA LUKA shared her inspiring and successful story as an entrepreneur during the panel "How Women Help Each Other in Business", which was also part of the "Women Entrepreneurs 2024" conference and was moderated by Professor Maja Kuzmanovska.

"I think this award deservedly went to the right hands, we all know the ELENA LUKA brand at which it is highly ranked in this society, she is truly a woman for example. The panel itself showed that she is a woman who has a lot of experience, a woman who wants to help and is available to everyone, especially women and young people. Congratulations, I hope this will be an incentive for her not to stop and to continue with her successes and career," said Maja Kuzmanovska, professor and moderator of the panel "How women lend a hand in business."

As part of the event, a total of 10 ladies were awarded, who with their professional and social engagement daily and continuously set high standards of business and ethical behavior and achieved remarkable results in the past year. Among them, Vera Mešterović, a long-time collaborator of ELENA LUKA, was declared the Woman with the Best Style.

The Women Entrepreneurs conference brought together business owners, women with entrepreneurial ideas, and leaders from various professions – from corporations, medicine, education, sports, and many other fields. In addition to the official presentations and discussions, the event provided new opportunities for networking and creating long-lasting friendships and collaborations.
